Why some items on dashboard page looks ugly?

Hello,
I make site In laravel 9 with Inertiajs/vuejs 3 based on GitHub - ColorlibHQ/AdminLTE: AdminLTE - Free admin dashboard template based on Bootstrap 4 (dark mode).

Making dashboard page I found that some items looks ugly : Screenshot by Lightshot
I suppose it is so as items are below of current screen.

credentials are in Login form

Any ideas why so and how that can be fixed?
