Just seeing if it will let me post. Tried posting something in html but don’t know if it’s because I put links in. They were nothing sinister. Maybe I should not try that on the first post?
This is exactly what it says:
An error occurred: Sorry you cannot post a link to that host.
Does this mean it doesn’t like a particular link or is it a generic message?
What are the rules? Please let me know how long I should wait before posting links? Or just wait with my question until such a time as the server is more friendly?
For onboarding, new users have certain restrictions such as not posting links. As you become more acquainted with the forum, your trust level increases, and you can do more.
Is the fact that I can give my topic only one edit also because I am a new user or is that something that stays that way while one is on the forum? I’m good at editing.
