are you sure you have completed all the required coursework?
if you do not have the trophy in your dashboard that seems the more likely thing.
Note that if you are using a language that is not English, it may have some issues and you should try changing the language to English to finish the coursework
I have the same problem, I can confirm I completed all the coursework as the transcript shows all 6 models are completed. I also followed the course in English.
However the course does not show up in the Trophy section (but is shown as achieved in the activity section).
Looking through the Microsoft forums to solve the problem, as this seems to be a problem on their side, they either point to this forum or suggest that these trophies can only be claimed with an “Achievement Code” shared by an instructor.
Okay I have managed to fix the problem on my side.
I’m not exactly sure what caused it but it seems to have coincided that while Microsoft was trying to merge my work and private emails the badges and trophies weren’t registering correctly and thus not showing up. Afterwards I was suddenly able to gain new badges but the old were still missing.
As I only recently started I ‘fixed it’ by resetting my whole account learning progress and relinking my private email and waiting to start with redoing them after it had linked.
I am now also able to verify the trophies on freeCodeCamp.
Hope this helps for others with this problem. Although I realize resetting all progress might not be an acceptable solution for everyone.
I have reset all of my progress on FCC, and gone through and taken all of the module tests/quizzes multiple times and unlinked and relinked my account multiple times. My Microsoft activity says I was awarded the trophy, but the trophy does not show on my transcript. This entire system is broken.
