I am having this issue, and it does appear as completed on the Microsoft Learn page (including showing the Achievement for it). I’ve unlinked and relinked my account, deleted and created a new transcript link and readded it to the fCC page, and tried waiting 8+ hours to retry, but nothing works. Every other one of the sections for the MS Certification shows as checked off on fCC, but just not the the Trophy one. I’ve even done later units/sections in the certifications and those all show checked, but I can’t seem to get that one to check off, I just get this error.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I could send screenshots of the Microsoft Learn page showing them passed, if it could be manually approved/passed on fCC; is that an option?

does it appear as achievement or as trophy? those are two different things, and you need the trophy

Yeah, it’s a badge/achievement on the site. So then I do need to follow the directions in the pinned post about how to request it from Microsoft, I guess.
