Hi!

I performed the first step in the c# certificate, but when i click on “verify trophy” (yes i have linked the account, and also removed the link and created another one without any result) the verification fails. The error at top is: “We were unable to verify your trophy from Microsoft’s learning platform.”.

How to solve it?

Make sure you have the trophy - you should be able to see it when looking at the trophies area of your achievements page.
