Would adding a small section on media queries (CSS) be helpful?

It’s tough to figure what order things should be presented in. I don’t know whether the answer is to learn vanilla before various layers of abstraction or vice versa, but I think presenting the information that there are other methods up front could help people realise that they at least have the option. I’ve been thinking that the linear appearance of the curriculum map may be part of the problem, but I have mixed feeling about that as well! The positive outcome of a linear curriculum is that…

The tl;dr is this:

FreeCodeCamp offers one path, but there are many. If you don’t know what you should do, stick to the FCC path. If at some point that starts to cause problems (i.e. You have a problem that requires different technologies) then divert from the path until the problem is solved. Then either rejoin the path, or go your own way.
