Basic JavaScript: Profile Lookup (What's wrong with my code?)

I can’t figure out what’s wrong with my code. I’m only getting the “No such contact” and “No such property” correct.

//Setup
var contacts = [
{
“firstName”: “Akira”,
“lastName”: “Laine”,
“number”: “0543236543”,
“likes”: [“Pizza”, “Coding”, “Brownie Points”]
},
{
“firstName”: “Harry”,
“lastName”: “Potter”,
“number”: “0994372684”,
“likes”: [“Hogwarts”, “Magic”, “Hagrid”]
},
{
“firstName”: “Sherlock”,
“lastName”: “Holmes”,
“number”: “0487345643”,
“likes”: [“Intriguing Cases”, “Violin”]
},
{
“firstName”: “Kristian”,
“lastName”: “Vos”,
“number”: “unknown”,
“likes”: [“JavaScript”, “Gaming”, “Foxes”]
}
];

function lookUpProfile(name, prop){

for (var i = 0; i < contacts.length; i++){
if (contacts[i].firstName === name && (contacts[i].hasOwnProperty(prop))){
return contacts[i][prop];
} else if (contacts[i].firstName !== name){
return “No such contact”
} else {
return “No such property”
}
}
}
// Only change code below this line

// Only change code above this line

// Change these values to test your function
lookUpProfile(“Akira”, “likes”);

Would you please format your code? More information in the quote below.

Two things:

#1:

if (contacts[i].firstName

Preferably use bracket notation.

#2:

else if (contacts[i].firstName !== name){
return “No such contact”

It will always return the evaluation of the first element. It will not search the rest of the array.
