This is likely because FCC hasn’t received acknowledgement of course completion.
The following steps should resolve this for you:

  1. Load up the database course again so that you see the Course Complete notification
  2. Click Continue and then click back through to FCC (via banner at top of page)
  3. Go to the page where you submit the repo link and refresh the page with CTRL+F5
  4. Submit the repo link

If that doesn’t work, you may need to load up a different database course (ideally one you haven’t started yet) and, when it’s loaded, click back through to FCC and repeat the steps above.
