I just posted a hint for this step and for this exact issue not long ago.

Take a look at this post:

You should put the background below the background-color. The background css property is a shorthand for many background-related CSS properties (see image below) [image] If you wrote background-color below background, some of the values you wrote on background will be overwritten by the new values.
