the fixed nav bar & the appearing paragraphs are cool but the graffiti background is kind of distracting. If it was me doing I would put a semi-transparent overlay over them

Thanks for the feedback. I changed the opacity (and accommodated it with new hover states) and it does look a lot clearer now.

I like the page color very much. 
I just want to add something. You can using bootstrap for responsive page . Believe me it is very easy to learn.

Just a few suggestions:
- You can make your class "well’ to be width 100%, I think it will look much better, also you could try a gradient background instead of an solid color.
- The font for years I think it’a a bit to thin, you can make it “bold”.
- Also I don’t know if you want this page to be responsive, now the table doesn’t fit the view-port and the text in the columns looks pretty odd right now.

I had problem with move list to middle of page. I found, that can use “col-md-offset-3” - but it does not work. Why? (Finally I added empty 4 columns but i know that it is not right way).
And I have next question - should I use “row” when element has 100% width of page?

I really like the clean, aesthetic, and presentable layout of your page. But I think that still some tiny little things can be worked upon.
- You can add a hover effect for the last links, like some change in colour or animated underline…
