There is a problem with live repl urls sometimes.
The page doesn’t load and you get an error message:

This site can’t provide a secure connection.

Instead of submitting the usual live repl url for your project:
https://boilerplate-npm-5.rahmatullah11.repl.co/

You can amend the url slightly like this:
https://boilerplate-npm-5--rahmatullah11.repl.co/

…and then the challenge will pass.
