Struggling with shape-outside; add an ellipse shape to the sides of the divs (view image pls)

I only need now to make the shape a bit more rounded but I think it pretty much works. Thanks to everyone hat helped without that I couldn’t have made it
Update: I realized it only works in Firefox, not Google chrome I’m out of ideas really…

I made some progress but I can’t remove the padding that prevents the wrapping in Chrome

Tried with border-box, padding-box, margin-box and content-box…
