I am 33 years old at the time of writing my profile and a couple of months into FCC. I have worked in the IT community since 2008., starting as an Help Desk Technician and currently as Network Field Technician. From my very first interactions with a PC I knew that it was destined to be my canvas. But laziness and programmings common hurdles deterred me from learning how to paint. Seeing my dream slowly fade away before my eyes struck fear into me. I browsed the internet looking for answers on how to program. But I was left with all the free forums, pdf’s and developer networks that threw-up the information on a page for you to pick through hoping you understood it. At last I read a post on a forum “Quora” I believe and a guy spoke about Free Code Camp and how it was worth looking at. I registered, started my journey and was hooked. Hopefully, I will finish this within a year, have a career being creative, comfortable and happy.
