Hi, my name is Rich. I’m a hobbyist programmer in the UK. I work in IT (but not as a developer), and one thing I’m interested in is which corporate development practices are also applicable to people like me who do it for fun.

Most of my coding is in Python, and mostly simple automation scripts , but I have also played around with Django for server-side web stuff as well. I don’t have much experience of front-end at all.

I’m here because I started an online boot camp recently, geared around the JAMstack architecture. There’s a lot of front-end in the course, and they recommended FCC as a supplementary learning resource.

Outside of tech and coding, my main hobbies are photography and playing guitar (no coincidence that my subject for the the tribute page challenge was Eddie Van Halen…).
