Access denied error in node?

Hey all,

I’m on the metadata back-end project. I’m just about finished up, but I got this error. I understand what it’s saying, but I don’t understand why. Someone please take a look

EACCES: permission denied, mkdir '/forum/uploads'

note this is after I type npm start

I’d just like to udpate on what happend. I’ve solved the problem. The issue was that on heroku, all files are read only except for anything in the folder tmp. I just simply had to render my multer target to tmp
