Add Labels to Scatter Plot Circles - not passing tests

Tell us what’s happening:
After debugging the errors and checking the x-y position, I can’t find the problem

Note the commented out line will show the X-Y position required by the tests.

Ok, looks like it was simply missing a space character in the label string. :roll_eyes:
