Your code looks great, double check where the anchor is taking you to. Confirm that the whole link is correct including http or https.

To make it clear - anchor gives you the opportunity to create a link over the element which will redirect you after you click on it.
In this case, your task is to make PHOTO to be a link, so you can click photo and then you get redirected.
basically, you have to include photo into ‘a’ node.
