Este es tu codigo:

solo hay que agregar este texto agregando un espacio después del input:

Personal Account
Business Account
I accept the terms and conditions

El problema es que después del texto añadiste un salto de línea (enter) en varias partes, también agregaste etiquetas de más y también texto (Select Account Type: )

imagina que te pidieron esto:

<p> soy un parrafo</p>

si lo haces de la siguiente forma, va a marcar error:

<p> soy un parrafo
</p>

Te recomiendo resetear tu codigo para evitar problemas con los espacios, enter’s
