Your survery looks good. I don’t see any issues or anything that can be improved.

By the way, you have some of the neatest HTML and CSS I’ve seen in a while. I’m impressed. Keep up the good work.

@Zedgamer9128, your survey form looked so similar to the FCC survey form that I did a diff on the two pages.
The HTML code on the two pages is the same on both pages. The only difference is the text in the questions.
The CSS code is the same on both pages. The only difference is the background image.

Hopefully you’ll do your own page from scratch and not submit this as one of your projects.
