Tell us what’s happening:
Describe your issue in detail here.

Your code so far

function filteredArray(arr, elem) {
  let newArr = [];
  // Only change code below this line
for(let i=0;i<arr.length;i++){
  {
    for(let j=0; j<arr[i].length;j++){
      if(elem == arr[j]){break;}
      }
    }

  }
  // Only change code above this line
  return newArr;
}

console.log(filteredArray([[3, 2, 3], [1, 6, 3], [3, 13, 26], [19, 3, 9]], 3));

Link to the challenge:

Your function is returning newArr, which is an array composed of the subarrays passed into the function that pass the filter. So I think you need to add those subarrays to newArr somewhere in your function.
