Basic HTML and HTML5 - Turn an Image into a Link

Tell us what’s happening:

A cute orange cat lying on its back. I am stuck on this. He is saying that the existing image should be nested within an < a> element, and the < a> element should be a dead link. I am doing the same, but it still shows an error. Could anyone please help me with this?
