Basic issue - please help!

Can you help me understand why the below code would not pass? i have tried every variation of the stylesheet link attributes, and i keep getting an error? it’s identical to my other projects!

There is an open issue about this but the test was written to only accept self closing tags with the /

 <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css"  href="styles.css"/>

But it is fine to use either version.
They are working to fix it.
