Basic JavaScript - Record Collection

Tell us what’s happening:
My code keeps failing the " After updateRecords(recordCollection, 5439, "tracks", "Take a Chance on Me") , tracks should have the string Take a Chance on Me as the last and only element.
" condition and I am not sure why
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I can’t tell you the error directly, but I can give you a hint: when you want to take the value of a variable, it should not be in quotation marks, since doing so turns them into a text string. If you have more questions, ask them

var pet = "dog"

console.log(pet) //result => dog
console.log("pet") //result => pet

records[id][prop] = [“value”]; :wink:
