Please help to clear this step i stucked in this from last 2 days .That trimmed all spaces from the front and end of the text. Back in the last message of your script, place the CUSTOMER_NAME variable in a subshell, echo and pipe it into a sed command that removes all spaces from the front and back. Use the same method you used in the terminal.
