Bootstrap rows & columns not working

I’m trying to create 2 columns for my project but its not working. Can someone help me out.

Go to Settings > CSS and add Bootstrap.

Looks like you added Bootstrap JS but not the CSS (the one needed to use the bootstrap layout)
