The whole troubleshooting guide doesn’t work. I’ve followed everything. I’m not going to delete my progress and start over. That’s silly and it doesn’t guarantee I wont run into the same problem.

I mean… you guys do a great job and I love your content, but… there has to be a way to manually get our certification from mods.

I know this is in beta, but it should be taken down or a note should be made that it’s not for certification because this seems like an extremely common issue and harms the brand more then it helps it.

what steps from the troubleshooting have you tried so far?
(btw. the mods don’t have access to your userid in the learning site. We just monitor the forum)

Nvm I fixed it. Once I started the next session it decided it was complete.
