Tell us what’s happening:
Instructions were to add a meta element with attribute charset value of utf-8
As far as I can tell I have followed the instructions. I have tried different combinations of upper and lower case, spacing and adding closing element even though meta doesn’t need one. It doesn’t seem to be passing?
