Build a Greeting Bot - Step 12

To see the bot’s new nickname, you will need to log a new message to the console.
Create a new variable called newNicknameGreeting.
Then use string concatenation to join the string "I love my nickname but I wish people would call me " with the bot variable followed by a period.
Assign the result to the newNicknameGreeting variable.
Then, log the value of newNicknameGreeting to the console.

You should have a variable called newNicknameGreeting .

Build a Greeting Bot - Step 12

I would look closely at this statement and verify you are logging to the console.

Im still not seeing it, it looks like all the other logs in the code? is it not ment to?

You wrote control.log but that is incorrect

Also, to Bruce’s point earlier, if a test is failing, you should always check the console.

In this case, you should be seeing this

i still dont understand what im ment to be doing.
can you explain more?
everything that comes up in google just tellls me about console.log

edit nvm it now passes.
