Tell us what’s happening:

I don’t know how to use the string concat. method. it doesn’t give me a descriptive enough tutorial on how to use it.

The instructions do not ask you to use .concat().

Then use string concatenation with the + operator to join the string "My name is " followed by the bot variable followed by a period (.).

This example is given:

let firstName = "John";

// result: "Hello, my name is John."
"Hello, my name is " + firstName + ".";
