Your code so far

console.log("Hi there!");
console.log("I am excited to talk to you.");

let bot;
let botLocation;

bot = "teacherBot";
botLocation = "the universe";

console.log("Allow me to introduce myself.");

// User Editable Region

let botIntroduction;

console.log("My name is " + bot + ".");

botIntroduction = "My name is " + bot + ".";

Hi there!

That’s correct. Can you take a look at your code above the task description or here above User Editable Region, please? You’re already have three console.log() statements

What’s the fourth console.log() statement

You added the fourth and fifth statements, so you need to remove the extra one

This was the task:

“Create a variable called botIntroduction.

Then use string concatenation with the + operator to join the string "My name is " followed by the bot variable followed by a period (.).

Assign this value to the botIntroduction variable.

Then, log the botIntroduction variable to the console.”

Yes, and it asks you to create only one console.log statement

Look at your code again:

let botIntroduction;

console.log("My name is " + bot + ".");

botIntroduction = "My name is " + bot + ".";

console.log(botIntroduction);

I see two console.log statements

Yes that’s true. Thanks.
