Build a Medical Data Validator - Step 13

Why is that?

medical_records is currently a list.

How do you make a string?

The last step passed with enclosing [‘‘] I am now left with the next step,

added:

validate(medical_records)

converted_records = [dict(record), for record 2, medical_records]

for record in medical_records:

pass

converted_records.append(record_tuples)

converted_records.append(record)

print(converted_records)

because of suggestions from console. Console warns syntax error. Pass is also suggested. I have tried google and class. I need a hint.
