Tell us what’s happening:

No errors are showing, but I keep getting “You should have a for loop that iterates over invalid_records.” when I submit. Am I missing something?

Consider to what invalid_records and index will refer to.

For example, you can change the first record to: have 'patient_id': 1001. Since the id should be string, starting with p, it should be pointed out as invalid entry. Is it displayed as such?

Success, thanks! Needed to move the for loop inside the loop right above it. And also fix my single quotes in the print statment.
