I am stuck on creating a portfolio on CodePen Pen. It’s very confusing and all of the tutorial videos I’ve looked up are not helping me figure this one out at all.

Try searching Codepen for “portfolio page.” There are a million on there (probably in no small part due to FCC). Try and read their HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Use Google to search for what you don’t understand.
It may all seem foreign right now, but stick with it. This time next week you’ll be surprised how much more sense it makes. Get comfortable with this feeling of being lost, that’s web development for you.
