A found a typo in the first select closing tag.
The html is indented well.
Consider placing a space after the input checkboxes. This will give the names some spacing from the checkbox.
The css properties should have just two spaces of indentation.
The selectors should not contain empty lines.
Using shades of red for the text and placeholder text may make the text harder to read for some people.
