Hi, pls help. The instructions are not visible on my end. I activated/clicked the instructions tab already. Tried checking other workshops, they are also like this. Thank you in advance.

if that does not work please go to the settings and use the button to reset the editor layout

you can also clear the browser cache
As @ILM says, from that view you had in the pic of the blank script.js and console screens, if you click “instructions”, the instructions should appear in a first column on the left. Keep clicking if necessary until they appear.
yes I did click the “instructions” tab, but it is not showing the instructions.

Are you referring to the Settings from Menu button on the upper right corner? I cannot find a reset button from here.

But it created another problem. My exam, including the activities I finished, in Responsive Web Design went away.
I am waiting for the result of my exam taken last January 27 2026. Kindly help, thank you.

this Reset Editor Layout is not clickable on my end. When I hover over to this button the pointer shows a circle with backslash.
did you try it before cleaning cache? now that you have cleaned cache it’s normal, the layout is back to default
I tried it only now, after clearing the cache. 
Does it mean that my Exam, including the activities, I finished in Responsive Web Design are gone?
no, clearing cache does not delete data in your account saved on the server
it is only removing local data saved in your browser. For example, if you had saved code in a lab because you meant to continue working on it you will find that missing
Pls help me how to revert my account, I am finished with everything in Responsive Web Design. Only waiting for the result of my Exam.

once you cleared cache you were probably logged out
are you sure you logged back in the right account? could you have a different email address that you used previously to log in?

please look in the exam page, does it say that your exam is pending?
