Build a Technical Documentation Page- my vertical navbar not showing up

Tell us what’s happening:

I am getting 15/16 in the test result and I am unable to pass as my navbar is not getting visible though I coded for it in my css…the error message shows that my navbar is not showing up.
Please help. Thanks

Tests expect:

the element with id=“navbar” should be shown on the left half of the screen

Give #navbar border or background-color and see where it’s located.

^Hi the above is my Technical Documentation link.
For some reason, three of the tests are not going through. 10, 12, and 13.
Can anyone help me figure out why that’s happening?
Thanks

I gave the color and yet i was failing in test 14 but now I passed coz I just realized that the position was not fixed in my css…finally I passed the project test. feels so nice. thanks for the guidance.
