If you look closely at the above previous post by ILM, the areas where the
target element and its value of "_blank" are missing are shown within that post.

Please, if any of the posts helped you move forward,
check off the solution for the person who posted it for you?

This helps other learners, too, when they search.

My post is not presenting the resolution, just clarification a bit.
