/It keeps telling me to add a background to the .bb1a, Ive added a background I used the var properly, and cannot understand what I’m missing. My code below/

Your CSS seems OK, but we might not be getting the whole story since you didn’t paste it in as proper code. To display your code in here you need to wrap it in triple back ticks. On a line by itself type three back ticks. Then on the first line below the three back ticks paste in your code. Then below your code on a new line type three more back ticks. The back tick on my keyboard is in the upper left just above the Tab key and below the Esc key.

Also, please paste your entire CSS in here. There is a possibility you could have accidentally changed something else that is causing a problem.

The code passes on my end, I would reset the step and try again. Alternatively your browser or extensions maybe interfering.

Thank you! It didn’t work when I reset the question, but it did when I changed devices. So I certainly, need to refresh everything. Thanks!
