Here is the second project from a cleaner guy. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Your form looks good @TheCleaner. Some things to revisit;

  • Run your HTML code through the W3C validator.
    • There is an HTML syntax/coding error you should be aware of and address.
    • Since copy/paste from codepen you can ignore the first warning and first two errors.
  • Placeholder text should not mirror the label. It should be used to inform the user of the format of the required input.
  • Do not use the <br> element to force line breaks or spacing. That’s what CSS is for.
  • It may be intentional but it looks odd seeing the legends above both sets of radio buttons cut in half with the colors. It also makes it a bit difficult to read.
