Can I propose a certification to freeCodeCamp. If so, are there any specific guidelines for the number of lessons, duration, tutorial structure, and the technology/programming language I must use? Please let me know how I can get started.
You can propose, but the implementation is not garanteed.
For the interactive curriculum there are plans, and the staff is fully working on the new version of the curriculum.
If you want to contribute you can start reading the contributing guidelines and helping with the issues that are open on github.
