I have added the code
and the order list shows numbered for each listed item however the course will not accept the answer. I have refreshed the page and no luck. Has this happened to anyone before? and would resetting the course start me back at step 1?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Just a typo- your text ‘flea treatment’ is missing a ‘t’.
Next time yo post your code as well as a link to the step simply hit on the ‘help’ button which appears next to the ‘reset’ button after unsuccessfully submitting your code a few times:
