Hey there guys im trying to figure out how to put in the radio buttons into the “form”. I can’t quite seem to figure it out any help works!

You have a couple of syntax errors.

No.1:
This is not valid html

No.2:
You are missing an opening label tag here.

Look very carefully at the FCC example again.
