The tests are very picky and strict. Although the cat image is showing up for you in the display you have an extra space at the end of the src attribute for the <img>. The test apparently does not like this extra space and thus doesn’t think you are doing it correctly.

Lesson learned, don’t include anything other than what is absolutely necessary to pass the tests.
