Here is you error:
<h2 {font-family: Lobster, Generic_Name;} class="red-text"<h2>CatPhotoApp</h2></style>
It must be:
<h2 class="red-text"<h2>CatPhotoApp</h2></style>

And add a css rule for h2 that uses the Lobster font. Like this

h2 {
  font-family: Lobster;
}
