CAN'T Change the Font Size of an Element

Tell us what’s happening:
Tried all the suggestions and code that seemed to work for others int he Forum. What seems to be the issue? Is the issue spaces or what? Also it doesn’t seem to like my “P” elements either, but the text coler is correct?
