Can't get this to work, someone please help

Tell us what’s happening:

Thought I did what needed to be done but i repeatedly get the message “a elements should have a closing tag”. Can someone help me understand what exactly is the problem?

The a goes after the forward slash not before.

Also, shouldn’t the closing a tag come before the closing p tag??
