I recently logged out from fCC and tried to log back in. Unfortunately a new account was created. I already double checked my mail address used for logging in.
I’m not sure if that is related, but I changed my username to @ngstmnn before logging out.

the only suggestion I can give is be sure you are using the same email address to log in
you can also write to support@freecodecamp.org for help on this
