i cant open my mysql.exe in xampp folder
so i try to open it manually on cmd but the result is
ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user ‘ZABLENK’@‘localhost’ (using password: NO)
ZABLENK is my PC name

What are you trying to do?
If you want to use the terminal to connect, open the xampp control panel and launch a console from there (it has all the requirements for the xampp environment to work, whereas just mysql might not).
