Sometimes, extensions can interfere with the fcc parsing system. It looks like everything you’ve written is correct. You have the correct url in the action="…" attribute. I’d try resetting the lesson and re-typing solution, just incase there were any weird layout issues before. If it still doesn’t pass, try disabling any extensions blocking javascript and clearing your browser cache.

The issue is here

The error message is telling you that you are using the wrong url.

Reread the directions to use the correct one and then the test will pass.
and assign "https://www.freecatphotoapp.com/submit-cat-photo" to the action attribute of the form element.
