Can't pass the exercise: The hr tag should come between the title and the paragraph

Hi,
I’m in Applied Visual Design: Create a Horizontal Line Using the hr Element task, and I add hr tag as expected, but I got this error:
The hr tag should come between the title and the paragraph.

any ideas why?

I found the solution, Just did this:

<h4><s>Google</s>Alphabet</h4>
     <hr>
      <em><p>Googl........</em>

and the problem solved!
